Běžecká revoluce

Nicholas Romanov, Kurt Brungardt

In a nutshell

The book promises to show how to run faster, further and injury-free, and most pages are photos of exercise positions with descriptions. I'm more into wandering through the landscape at an easy pace, so it didn't grab me.

Who it's for: Runners consciously chasing a performance goal. For them, the book would get one star more.

Maybe not for: Those who don't do strength training, stretching or systematic preparation.
